"Zeffer" Cider has breezed into Australia
A new pear and apple cider has just arrived in Australia from N.Z , its called ZEFFER which means light breeze.
I must admit I usually dont like cider.. when presented with any Cider vs Beer decision, craft beer always won hands down.
But then I tried ZEFFER... its remarkably dry and is made with household name Apples or Pears, NO fruit concentrate, NO added sugar & NO bright colouring to resemble summer fruit
JUST WELL MADE CRAFT CIDER THAT TASTES LIKE PEARS & APPLES !!
Soren from 8 Wired recommended these guys to me and Im so glad he did... he is going to do a collab farmhouse cider with them later in the year, cant wait !!
